Personal data processing
For use of the service “RTB” available at the Website (URL) https://rtb.seznam.cz (the “Service”) by the user of the Service (the “User”), the company Seznam.cz, a.s., Corporate no. 261 68 685, having its registered office at Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Prague 5, the operator of the Service (the “Operator”) is entitled to process entered personal data of Users, which these Users provide to the Operator in the framework of use of the Service.
The Operator shall process the User’s personal data in essential scope in order to process the User’s requirement and use of contact information for future mutual communication between the Operator and the User. Such personal data processing is legal since it is essential for execution of the agreement on whose basis the User uses the Service, and whose contracting party is the User as the subject of personal data.
When processing personal data, the Operator proceeds in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, the “Regulation” ), with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, with Act No. 111/2019 Coll., amending certain Acts in relation to the adoption of the Act on Personal Data Processing, with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain Information Society Services, and with Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and other legal regulations governing personal data protection.
